Social Media is important to the lifecycle of Red Bull social channels. Red Bull's social media presence is engaging more than 40 million Facebook fans, setting live-streaming records on YouTube, enabling rich customer dialogues via Twitter, and much more. The Producer of Social Media ensures a pipeline of content for Red Bull US & Red Bull main channels, providing best in class guidance across the Networks and building social content across key verticals, tentpole moments, and for daily content needs. Reporting to the Director of Media in your region, you will support new social media programs and content output across earned, managed, and owned platforms.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
SOCIAL CONTENT PIPELINE
Ensure a pipeline of engaging social content for Red Bull USA & Main Channels across
Earned and Managed social platforms
Build daily content needs by aligning with our @redbullusa social team, Network Producers, and regional team on content pipeline
Pitch and implement social content pieces to be distributed across all social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram
Oversee content strategy and plans for assigned projects and social content pieces
Evolve Red Bull's social content to be best in class while meeting ever-evolving platform needs
Help ensure consistency of message and brand values across multiple platforms and playgrounds while tailoring each piece of content per platform, per audience
CONTENT INNOVATION AND CROSS FUNCTIONAL EDUCATION
Help guide the broader organization network teams to produce content based on trending topics, athlete/artist moments, Red Bull events and playgrounds
Work cross functionally to advise and support the business and their social content plans and deliveries with content plan support
Create forward-leaning multi-platform content that generates buzz and increases engagement for Red Bull's Media Network
Educate all Network and Regional content production teams to improve all content to include social needs
Develop close collaboration with RBMH and RBNA to ensure consistency across all social content
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Manage output of social content for US main channels and team workflow
Hire and manage contract and partner productions/individuals and deliverables
Source outside creators to help develop a creator network according to the Sr. Manager of Social Opinion Leaders so they can be leveraged for content development and increase brand awareness and social channel growth
Work with Media Insights to ensure consumer and platform insights are considered and incorporated into their content creation
Hold team and creator network accountable to Red Bull's content standards and legal guidelines, without it getting in the way of innovation and creativity
