Joe Hapka is the Assistant Director of Employment Services at United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Southeastern Wisconsin. A professional in the human service field and within the business community, Joe has over a decade of experience working with job seekers with diverse abilities and partnering with businesses within the community. In addition to education and direct on-the-job training support work with program participants, he also specializes in community/business outreach and head’s UCP’s Business Advisory Council
