What you'll do:

• Act as the link between the technical complexities of the product and the understanding of field team members
• Advocate and evangelize for solutions being implemented, creating the connection between big picture and everyday activities.
• Become a SME for the transformational tools (i.e. Palantir, Tekion etc.) and aid in the development of a train the trainer model to implement solutions across the Americas
• Work closely with the product teams, providing valuable insights from the field on implementation needs, to find the best solutions.
• Contribute significantly to cost savings and use gains by leveraging operational expertise and support across various transformational-related activities, including participation in technical discussions, roadmap reviews, implementation planning.
• Ensure site readiness for roll outs working with appropriate stakeholders

You should apply if you bring:

• Proven experience of 5+ years engaging directly with customers and operational stakeholders to implement enterprise software products or perform data analysis.
• Experience working in or with operations and fleet teams
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, adept at articulating non-technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in excel, ticketing tools, and familiarity with enterprise software solutions such as DMS tools, Case Management systems
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
