We are searching for the next standout product manager to help optimize Lennar.com to accelerate our growth.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop and drive a highly visible roadmap and work closely with data science, design, UX and engineering to bring new features to light.
  • You will own the promotional and merchandising systems on Lennar.com that highlight offers and incentives to drive new leads.
  • You will partner with the Paid Acquisition team to build tailored landing page experiences from paid ads to increase conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with analytics and SEO experts to define the key factors that influence our page rankings on search engines and launching tests that improve our rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Analyze behavioral data to better understand user needs on website, suggest improvements and conducting A/B tests to increase conversion.
  • Become a subject matter expert in our CMS and how to build self-serve tools for our marketing and sales associates to activate promotions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and drive growth.
  • Translate high level strategy into detailed technical requirements and high fidelity prototypes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree required.
  • You have 2+ years of Product Management experience for a direct to consumer brand.
  • Deep domain expertise in product management strategy, tools and methodologies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and strong analytical capabilities; Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, Fullstory, Hotjar, etc).
  • Display strong project management skills to effectively prioritize standard tasks, test activations, team bandwidth and overall deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence. Effective presenter and collaborator.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize, identify and resolve problems in a complex dynamic environment

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Product Manager, Growth to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. Travel is required.
