Overview
The Associate Listening Senior Manager will spearhead our Employee Listening initiatives. They will work closely with key stakeholders across the HR Team to develop and implement strategies and visions for understanding sentiment throughout the employee lifecycle. Your mission will be to gather and integrate insights that will inform decisions impacting associate engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, this role will be responsible for supporting the firmwide Employee Engagement Survey. This person will partner with numerous stakeholders within the firm, as well as with vendors, in the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of surveys and other related listening projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage our company-wide employee listening and engagement approach using benchmarking, internal data, personas, journey mapping, and a variety of listening initiatives to understand the moments that matter most to our associates.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employee surveys and listening: understanding the listening needs, creating and implementing a listening strategy, and owning the employee listening survey.
- Understand and implement the company-wide Employee Engagement Survey including- survey development and administration and dissemination of customized results dashboards to relevant audiences.
- Analyze results both from survey platform dashboards and advanced analyses to generate insights on engagement, performance, and retention.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging listening takeaways, survey results, and other research to find insights on Lennar's culture and engagement.
- Confirm all appropriate data privacy, security and controls requirements are incorporated into all survey processes.
- Design, implement, and provide insights at least once a month from a continuous listening strategy to assess the pulse of the organization through traditional and contemporary feedback mechanisms.
- Utilize a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to gather, analyze, and interpret associate feedback.
- Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into compelling narratives that drive action and change.
- Strong partnership skills to ensure there is buy-in for the outputs produced
Qualifications
- Proven track record (5+ years) in an employee listening, engagement, or related role or academic research.
- 5+ years experience in survey administration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in Excel is required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical research into actionable insights through appealing data visualizations (e.g. Power BI, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in one or more statistical analysis tools, preferably R, SAS, SPSS, SQL, Python.
- Familiarity with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Alchemer, Culture Amp, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, particularly in gathering and analyzing employee feedback.
Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the project manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
