Summary of Position:

The LTG Strategy & Planning team is seeking an experienced technology business management or strategy consultative professional to help drive LTG's strategic agenda through the execution of cross-organization analyses & initiatives, financial & resource planning, leadership presentations & routines, and other day-to-day challenges of the Chief Technology Officer. Candidates must have a proven background in strategy, finance, and data analysis with impeccable communication skills (both written and verbal). Candidates should be willing to work on-site in the Miami headquarters 5 days per week.



Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive and support key strategic decisions at the executive level utilizing internal and external data & research
  • Partner with senior management, department heads, and other key leadership positions to build, manage, and present financial (e.g., budget), resource, and location space strategy
  • Plan and build crisp and clear presentations to support LTG leadership routines (e.g., Town Halls); communicate & present effectively across LTG and internal partners
  • Manage, lead, and execute cross-organization initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze existing processes and workflows across the organization; recommended and drive the implementation of improvement solutions
  • Aid leadership in identifying priorities and risks that require attention and ensure department heads have adequate support; distill discussions and thoughts from leadership into strategic plans
  • Monitor economic, industry, and technology trends; periodically present findings through written or verbal deliverables

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years work experience with 4+ years of experience in a Management Consulting, Chief Operating Office / Business Management, or similar strategic role(s), preferably with significant exposure to technology organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or other related area


Qualifications

Additional Requirements:

  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills; ability to create executive friendly presentations cohesively and effectively "tell a story" for both qualitative and data-driven deliverables
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; ability ingest, enrich, and analyze multiple datasets (with lookups/pivot tables etc.) and to tie that analysis back to a business case or results
  • Experience working with data and using data to create meaningful insights to present conclusions concisely; experience utilizing databases and/or data analysis/visualization tools is a plus
  • Strong (C-suite level) executive presence including written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to understand the big picture as well as master the detail
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think creatively and come to the table with proposed solutions
  • Self-motivated, proactive & anticipatory (able to see around the corner), tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence; willingness to operate within gray spaces (working with ambiguity / reading between the lines)
  • Highly organized with an unparalleled attention to detail; strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively and objectively prioritize work
  • Experience working with (or strong understanding of) both technology & other corporate functions e.g., HR, Finance, Sourcing & Vendor Management, etc.
  • Ability to forge and maintain strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
  • Proven track record of being a great team member and culture carrier with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Security Intern Systems Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. Travel to different locations by air or car is required.
