Responsibilities

Peraton is looking for a Senior Program Director who has experience managing large programs, financial, schedule, hiring, and transition-in for a program consisting of several hundred positions supporting operations U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM). This position will be a key contributor supporting our team. You will be required to manage the execution of the programs scope, forecasts, and objectivizes. You will ensure quality standards, program tracking, and analysis of assigned aspects of the program. Provide technical and analytic guidance to program Teams.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

    Active TS/SCI
  • 16 years of experience, managing or supporting programs (Transition-in, Resource Management, and Staffing Roles). (BS 12-15, MS 10-13, Phd 10+)
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience staffing large programs
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and implementing Transition-In Plans and identifying risk with applicable mitigation plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification
  • Previous military experience in USSOUTHCOM or other Combatant Commands
  • Previous experience managing FEDSIM programs.
  • Previous MISO or OIE experience or familiarization

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
