Overview

As a member of our Associate Experience team the Manager, Associate Experience you will have an opportunity to lead, strategize, influence, and enable business operators to achieve results through the effective management of project teams, driving business objectives that leave Lennar Associates Tickled, Delighted and Happy.



Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives within Human Resources that both enhance and provide solutions to Lennar Associates
  • Implement and execute processes for specific strategic initiatives within Human Resources
  • Lead and empower agile project teams to deliver results in an efficient manner that aligns with the greater business strategy and supports desired business outcomes
  • Collaborate with teams and other members of HR to create process improvements along with guiding and training
  • Manage specific projects through to completion, while analyzing potential HR implications, organizational changes, and other implications of varying strategies that may run parallel
  • Ensure compliance from an HR perspective in all projects and direction being given to teams along with other Associates
  • Ensure compliance and alignment with Lennar policies and business goals
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and connected workforce by identifying gaps in different areas of Human Resources
  • Influence and foster an environment where Associates respect and adhere to Lennar's three core values of quality, value, and integrity
  • Develop and utilize internal and external business partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals

Qualifications

  • Ability to be agile and highly collaborative within a business that pivots quickly to accommodate and exceed both consumer and Associate expectations
  • Possess a strong business acumen with the ability to think objectively, systematically, holistically, and collaboratively
  • Experience managing teams that turn goals into action by leading the creation and execution of strategies to achieve objectives
  • Ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar or new environments to accomplish business goals
  • Ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
  • Possess strong critical thinking and listening skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to effectively engage at all levels of the organization
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Should have good comfort level with integrating multiple applications to streamline operations through technology solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; Majors in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields, preferred.
  • 0-2 years of related experience in a fast-paced, results driven environment preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Successful Project Management, preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity and the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time are necessary in this role.
