• Testing, assessment, consulting, and design services for the built environment, such as
  • Property condition assessments
  • Building enclosure design consulting
  • Pre-construction, during-construction, and post-construction condition assessments
  • Assessment of existing facilities
  • ADA surveys
  • Historic building assessments
  • Forensic investigation analysis
  • Design of repairs to existing structures
• Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
• Preparing reports and proposals
• Overseeing proposal, field work, and report preparation
• Maintaining and develop a client database
• Managing budgets and prepare invoices
• Mentoring other staff
• Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required; MS degree preferred

• 5 -7 years of related experience to building enclosure design and consulting, ADA consulting, Code plan review or inspection of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

• ECS Principal designation will occur after management approval

• Licensed as an American Institute of Architects (AIA) or Registered Architect (RA) or ability to obtain within six months of hire

• Experience in Consulting is required
