Overview

Lennar News Network, the internal production unit for Lennar is seeking a Production Coordinator in Miami, FL. Candidate will be responsible for receiving and tracking of 80+ video projects per year. Candidate will also be responsible fordepartment SharePoint and Airtable system oversight & maintenance, timeline creation, invoice entry, budget tracking, content trafficking, archiving and video logging.



Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design of department workflow tracking system and keep project calendars up to date
- Serve as the main department contact for all incoming asset requests
- Log and archive all content the department has produced in the past, and produces going forward
- Work closely with the team to create and track timelines, delivery and proposed distribution dates of content
- Clearly define all workflows, communicates processes and ensures all practices are being improved with learnings
- Provide regular status reports for the team and management
- Identify the best tools and technologies to help manage workflow and optimize their implementation
- Coordinate weekly meetings with the team, create and distribute agendas and take notes



Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1-3 years of production company or network experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Candidate must have incredible organizational skills
- Candidate must be an effective communicator over email and in person
- Must be a multitasker with experience in a fast passed TV production environment
- Knowledge of Premiere, Photoshop and other Adobe software is a plus
