Overview

This role oversees and coordinates the various run and change initiatives in an HR Center of Excellence's portfolio of projects. You will be responsible to collect, track and support the initiation and steering of HR projects and initiatives ultimately ensure their successful delivery to Lennar's associates. In this role you will bring full transparency across all work in HR, helping to align Center of Excellence deliverables to the broader HR strategic priorities.



Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


* Provide oversight and guidance on an HR Center of Excellence's project portfolio to create alignment, visibility, stakeholder awareness/engagement and ensure successful execution.
* Provide portfolio management support, focusing on the long-range plan and existing near-term goals of specific business units, in line with the broader HR strategy.
* Track progress, impact and value of all initiatives on a regular basis from initiation until closure.
* Help project teams communicate effectively during and at the end of initiatives in order to create visibility of the improvements.
* Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and guidance to the project teams, where appropriate.
* Lead portfolio management meetings and updates to HR leadership.
* Facilitate in setting up intake, project charters, and project updates for initiatives.
* Continue to evolve the PMO best practices and developing project management capabilities across HR.
* Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with direct team members as well as immediate leadership to ensure cohesive operations.



Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:


* Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required
* Project Management Profession (PMP) is recommended
* Minimum 5 years experience in HR project management
* Microsoft Office applications
* Experience with planning, directing, and coordinating
* Ability to organize and present information in a clear and concise way to executive leaders
* Proficient in project management reporting and analysis


Physical Requirements:


This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the project manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
