Work with the latest technologies and techniques in the aviation industry to source materials, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics. You'll ensure we have what we need to service our customers.

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you'll have responsibility in ensuring incoming materials are routed properly and our finished product is sent back to our customers in a timely manner.

What you'll do:

  • Receiving and shipping of parts and materials in the system
  • Check for damage and create a damage report
  • Open and unpack boxes
  • Verify customer's paperwork and raise a discrepancy if not accurate
  • Deliver parts and materials to the appropriate area
  • Once parts have been repaired, move them back to shipping/receiving.
  • Verify part numbers and create initial shipping paperwork
  • Use best practices to pack materials for shipment back to customer
  • Work with the StandardAero Customer Service team to understand shipping instructions and create labels
  • Finalize shipment
  • Keep track of inventory of shipping supplies
  • Local deliveries within Miami Dade and Broward Counties
  • Communicate with government officials regarding export compliance (AS Filings)


Position Requirements:

  • Valid class 5 driver's license (or equivalent)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for approximately 25% of the average work day.
  • Experience driving forklift
  • Experience with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS OneWorld, DHL, and similar systems
  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge using an Email client like Outlook
