Summary

The Receptionist will provide a first class range of reception and switchboard services to the firm's internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
    To meet, greet and direct internal clients and external clients as required
  • To present and deliver a polished service to clients at all times
  • To ensure the efficient booking and utilization of the conference rooms
  • To ensure that calls to the switchboard are answered and directed in a prompt, efficient and professional manner
  • To take concise and accurate messages on behalf of internal/external clients and ensure that they are passed on promptly and clearly
  • To assist clients with other business services as required; scanning, faxing, photo copying and travel arrangements including taxi bookings and hotel reservations
  • To ensure maintenance issues are promptly communicated to the relevant department
  • To closely liaise with other support departments to ensure a seamless service is given at all times
  • Assists with other duties and special projects, as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, ideally within a professional corporate services environment
  • Advanced communication skills both verbal and written
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish language
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
