Responsibilities

Executive Director

The professional selected for this dynamic role manages all facets of the 24-hour, 7 day a week operation of the community. Working closely with the VP of Operations, and the community management team, the ED develops and executes strategy and initiatives to consistently deliver the Brand, Mission and Core Values of the organization. The ED directs local staff to meet the Company's quality standards and targeted financial measures while adhering to operating policies and applicable regulations.


Qualifications

Qualified applicants are required to possess CCRC ED - Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience in senior living to include prior experience in a CCRC environment. IL ED - Minimum 7 years of progressive management experience in senior living to include prior experience in IL or AL environment is required. Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree is preferred. NHA certification is preferred in CCRC environment. ALF certification is preferred in IL environment. Must possess a valid and current state driver's license.

Additional requirements include:

*Critical thinking and problem solving abilities needed to manage complex environment with numerous responsibilities.
*Financial acumen, superior oral and written communication skills necessary to provide leadership for cabinet and line staff in a team-oriented environment.
*Emotional intelligence and relationship skills necessary to interface with corporate and community personnel, resident advisory councils, residents and their families.
*Exceptional leadership skills.
*Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and various reporting tools.

Pay Range

USD $147,546.00 - USD $191,817.00 /Yr.
