Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies. Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Advise teams in media strategy and drive key media marketing campaigns and media trends. Partner with the leaders from account planning teams to implement new technologies and practices. Leverage inputs from various disciplines to provide insight-driven recommendations and POVs. Create and facilitate client workshops to collaborate on growth strategies. Frame, design, and present solutions through expertise in audience strategy and planning.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.
Must have two (2) years of experience with/in: · Evolving media landscape in Latin America and U.S. Comms and strategic media planning across a range of categories and business models including multinational FMCGs, Luxury and new economy brands; · Translating marketing briefs and business requirements into strategic media plans that deliver growth; · Selecting and applying current consumer trends, evolving consumer behaviors, and emerging media into communication plans for clients; and · Working across disciplines to elevate analytical rigor and depth to strengthen strategic platforms for media plans. · Market research: rolling-out consumer research, workshops, and brainstorming sessions, identifying compelling insights with multiple resources, syndicated media research, first and secondhand papers and consumer research that guide brands media strategies; · Delivering data driven business storytelling for media strategies; · Adopting, amplifying, and advocating media agency proprietary approaches, tools, and philosophies; and · Working with partner agencies, including creative and digital, or developing integrated communications.
