CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Atlanta Office Administrative Assistant to join our Infrastructure - Transportation/Administration Team at our office in Atlanta, GA.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including, financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.

The Atlanta Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office. This individual must be willing and able to handle moderate to very complex administrative issues in a timely manner and will support both managers and employees through several tasks related to the organization.

The Atlanta Office Administrative Assistant greets guests, answer phones & maintain common areas. In addition, this individual will also coordinate meetings, prepare mailings, maintain office supplies, assist with documents/printing, assist with purchases for group/office, assist with travel arrangements, and take notes during meetings.

REQUIREMENTS
    High School Diploma required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience required
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Solid time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service skills, business support skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
SALARY RANGE:

$45,000 - $ 57,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
