Customer Service Project Specialistin GAC Savannah
Unique Skills:
Project Specialist -> Aircraft System Training: working with our training partner CAE exclusively as a liaison and technical support.
- Technical Liaison -> identify, research, and verify technical accuracy of information required to maintain the highest standards of pilot and maintenance training. Acting as a dedicated interface between CAE and Gulfstream personnel.
- Classroom Auditor/Instructor Resource -> provide on-site audit services of current training programs or assist with the development of new training programs to maintain content and accuracy. Assist CAE personnel with answering customer and instructor questions on Gulfstream and Gulfstream model aircraft.
- Training compliance -> Interface with CAE to supply training records and histories for gulfstream employees.
- Simulator Parts coordinator -> Define applicability and track parts definition and deliveries for new and in-service simulators.
Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Gulfstream and Gulfstream model aircraft knowledge is preferred.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and stakeholders goals and objectives.
- Reviews, manages, proactively challenges, and controls status of projects operation of the programs and budgets .
- Manages schedules and prepare status reports.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
- Acts as a liaison with alliance partners and thought leaders external to the company.
- Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Analyzes program certification schedule and performance targets/guarantee progress.
- Develops draft master schedules for new product development.
- Monitors variance analysis to schedules and budgets for all projects to ensure desired savings/revenue are achieved.
- Monitors quality, reliability and availability issues to ensure top drivers are identified and resolved.
- Supports departments Intranet Web site and newsletters to maintain Technical and Program updates. .
- Support supplier design and program reviews to insure program deliverables, schedules and budgets are met. .
- Requires a comprehensive knowledge of Aircraft Industry Production, Engineering, Quality, Completion, Material and Service Support Operations.
- Requires a detailed understanding of Program/Project Management processes and procedures and an intimate understanding of in service A/C operations.
