Senior Bridge Engineer / Project Manager

This Group Leader position is responsible for the management and oversight of the staff assigned to their group including staff performance. The Group Leader will coordinate work sharing opportunities with other Group Leaders in managing staff utilization and services provided to internal and external clients.

Candidates must have a Professional Engineering License and a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent experience designing bridges. AREMA Bridge Design guidelines knowledge is desired. Candidates must have 10 to 15 years experience as a structural engineer. Prior supervisory experience is a must. Candidates must have experience rating bridges. Bridge inspection experience would be a strong plus. Must have bridge construction and rehab experience. Candidates must have experience assembling drawings and bid documents for bridge contractors and experience conducting pre-bid and pre-construction meetings with contractors.
