Position Description

At Suncoast Hospice, our CNA-HHAs respond with sensitivity to patient/family needs and observe and report any changes, including physical, spiritual, social, and emotional, to a registered nurse or designated therapist.

As a CNA/HHA on the Green Team, you will visit patients in their homes in the northern part of Pinellas County. The Green Team covers Tarpon Springs and the North Palm Harbor area.(north of Curlew Rd.).

Position Requirements

1. Current Florida CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license required.
2. HHA (Home Health Aide) certification required.
3. Minimum of one (1) year CNA experience required.
4. Valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.
